3. Sample & Diagnostic Report Security

All blood, urine, and radiological test data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Reports are transmitted directly to the patient via password-protected PDF or secure phone/WhatsApp links. No medical records are sold, traded, or shared with third-party advertising brokers.

4. Retention & Patient Rights
